Queen’s cup was used traditionally by Mikmaq people to make blue dye. It’s not a blue berry so please don’t eat it, it’s very poisonous to humans. So my goal is to pick enough of them, crush them and then well I’m not sure what to do. Some records say to boil them, but I think if i can soak the blue skins in an alcohol tincture I might be able to extract the blue colour. I’m going to have to experiment and do research. 46.48718 N 64.67900 W
